At The Church Road Dental Practice, we strive to provide quality care to all our patients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have the following cancellation policy:
- Appointment Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without prior notice will be subject to a fee of £60 or a percentage of the appointment cost.
- Repeated No-Shows: Patients with multiple missed appointments may be required to prepay for future visits.
We reserve the right to withdraw future treatment from patients who fail to attend two or more appointments.
