Specialist In Restorative Dentistry
Qualified at Cardiff Dental School 1968.
After qualifying, he carried out several Hospital Posts at Cardiff Dental Hospital. He was then appointed as a Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at the Welsh National School of Medicine and Dentistry. Teaching the subject for many years he gained sound clinical experience in restorative dentistry within a hospital / university environment. In 1976, he set up his own practice. This has evolved into 'The Church Road Dental Practice'.
He was included onto the Specialist Register for Restorative Dentistry in 2000. Entry into this list is recognition by the General Dental Council of one's expertise in the subject.
The range of dentistry he provides is extremely diverse and ranges from basic restorative work to very complex and innovative implant/cosmetic surgery.
He receives many referrals from both hospital consultants and general dental practitioners for complex restorative procedures and treatment cases involving dental implants.
He is a Dental Advisor to the National Public Health Service in Wales.
He thrives on any challenge that dentistry can offer and gains great satisfaction when he is able to fulfil his patients' needs to provide a high quality service.
He has a wonderful wife and three busy children. His interests include the occasional game of golf and gardening.
